Most of our horses have been rescued from the horse auction in Pennsylvania where many abused and neglected horses end up and some make their way to the slaughter houses in Mexico and Canada. We do several farm rescue trips each year and also take owner surrenders when we have space. Our rescue efforts are privately funded through our farm, friends and a few fundraisers each year. Most of our resident lesson horses are from auction and have been rehabilitated back to health. The horses that don’t fit into our lesson program will be placed for adoption.

We offer volunteering opportunities to students and always welcome new friends to join our auction trips.
